A prototype plan is an initial design based upon your responses to the questions listed below in the Contact Form and is provided as a complimentary service to better understand your needs and project objectives. The prototype plan can be useful in showing the quantity, size and adjacencies of dealership spaces as well as setting a preliminary budget for your project.

Note: The prototype plan, based upon only preliminary information, may not fully represent your complete needs and final budget and is not sufficient to obtain planning or building permits.

Quick Makeover Service:

Independent research shows that the lifecycle of a typical retail store is 5-7 years before a "makeover" is necessary. A makeover consists of changes to improve interior flow as well as installing new or updating existing finishes, colors, lighting, furnishings, plants, artwork and accessories. After a "makeover" a business will typically experience a significant increase in sales volume, customer satisfaction and employee retention at a much lower cost per square foot than new construction. Our quick makeover service package includes one day on-site with the dealer to inspect your competition, walk through your own facility and discuss cost effective recommendations. The on-site visit is followed by a written report of recommendations including cost budgets for each recommended element. Concept Design Service:

Our concept design service will quickly translate your business objectives into the form, materials and cost for your new or remodeled dealership.   Most of the design service takes place at your dealership for quick and convenient communication between you, your staff and our designers.

Our On-Site Concept Design Service includes the following:

  • Discussion of dealer’s goals and objectives for a new facility
  • Completion of facility planning questionnaire to determine quantity and size of functional spaces
  • Presentation of design process to the dealer and dealership management
  • Presentation of building design concepts
  • Interview and discussion with dealer and dealership management
  • Specific dealer requirements are applied to develop the preliminary concept plans
  • Multiple design direction reviews with dealer and managers
  • Initial concept plans are presented to dealer and dealership management.
  • Concept plans are refined at our office per dealer input
  • Return trip to dealership for final concept design presentation to dealer and dealership management.
