Manufacturers like Stanley Storage Systems, Frick-Gallagher, John Bean and Hunter Engineering help DBM plan new parts and service facilities or renovate existing ones.
With a knowledge of equipment dimensions and requirements, DBM designs its facilities around the equipment rather than forcing the equipment to fit the building. Our network of national manufacturers allows DBM to provide and install a wide range of competitively priced equipment across the country.

Modular In-Ground Lube System:

Modular In-Ground Lube System

This innovative product is a cost effective replacement for traditional concrete "fast-lube" basements for new and existing buildings.

The molded fiberglass modular sections complete with built-in shelving are watertight and solve the problems associated with high water tables or contaminated soils. Conforming to major building codes, the factory manufactured units can be installed quickly and in a virtually unlimited number of design layouts.

3-D Computer Modeling and Animation:


DBM has used computer animation to improve client understanding of complex design projects. Overcoming the inability to "read" two-dimensional orthographic drawings, computer animations can be used to fly over or walk through three dimensional computer models. Enhanced rendered animations can realistically show exterior and interior lighting conditions and material finishes.

Computer-Aided Drafting and Plotting:

DBM can provide full computer aided drafting and plotting services to support construction document production for consultants not located near the building site. Drawing revisions can be sent via modem and plotted at DBM offices for distribution to governmental agencies and DBM field personnel.

Pre-Cast Concrete Panels:

		Pre-cast concrete panels offer owners higher quality and faster completion compared to on-site poured panel (tilt-up) construction. Pre-cast panels are poured face-up so a wide variety of aggregates, reveals and protrusions can be uniformly applied with a better finished appearance. The factory controlled environment assures a higher quality panel with uniform finish and less cracking. On- site finish costs can be eliminated. Construction schedules can also be shortened because panels are fabricated off-site without taking up available space or waiting for foundation slab completion. Panels are delivered to the site ready for installation. The panels’ light weight and bolted connections are quicker to install than poured joints.
Finally, concrete forms permit curved wall panels at lower cost than site built panels. Panels can be used with steel frame and load bearing designs.

Pre-Engineered Building Systems:

For over nineteen years, DBM has specialized in the design of pre-engineered steel buildings. The advantages to our clients have been reasonable cost, quick assembly and construction scheduling flexibility.

We work closely with the shop fabricators to coordinate your requirements with the pre-engineered structural system.
